Market Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in the APAC market intelligence platform to support pricing and business decisions, including macroeconomic trends, raw material prices, and livestock production.
• Download, analyze, and report on import and export data for Amino Acids and other key products.
• Identify and explore new resources for market intelligence to bridge information gaps in the APAC region.
• Manage internal intelligence sharing and reporting systems to ensure efficient information flow.
• Support new product launches in Greater China by conducting market studies, defining sales strategies, and setting targets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of China’s livestock value chain and customer behaviors to identify new market opportunities.
• Evaluate market potential and customer needs to clarify value propositions and key selling points for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in market intelligence, marketing, or project management, preferably within the animal nutrition, feed additives, or agriculture industries.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality reports under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using analytical tools such as IBP, SAP, Dynamics 365, or Power BI.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
