Market Insights Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable market intelligence and research by sourcing credible data, analyzing competitors, and tracking industry trends.
• Perform market sizing and forecasting to estimate growth rates and identify potential business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze the opportunity pipeline health, including metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, and stage conversion.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards to summarize findings for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with market development teams to align research outputs with business objectives and monitor commercial launch progress.
• Act as a key point of contact for the review of business-created external marketing content.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively drive clarity and continuous improvement within processes.
• Experience collaborating effectively across different levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior market-facing experience in Sales, Marketing, or Technical Support.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
