Market Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape new market opportunities by synthesizing insights from internal and external innovation sources
• Convert broad market trends and emerging technologies into value-creating business concepts and scalable market entry plans
• Develop compelling investment cases and secure alignment from senior leadership for new opportunities
• Build and maintain a balanced portfolio of emerging opportunities, evaluating trade-offs between incubation and new growth areas
• Propose and evaluate strategies for capability acquisition, including M&A, partnerships, licensing, and joint development
• Establish and cultivate innovation channels such as venture capital, research institutes, and strategic partnerships
• Inspire and influence cross-functional teams to pursue bold, forward-looking business opportunities

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic commercial roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi-million dollar pipelines
• Strong strategic marketing background with success in identifying and adopting emerging technologies
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally
• Willingness to travel internationally
