Market Executive - Emerging Middle Market Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Hire and direct team members in business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Middle Market companies.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients while providing leadership to a team of bankers and support professionals.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset within the banking team.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation.
• Drive operational efficiency through the use of automation and new technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Proven management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading commercial lending sales teams.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Strong technology experience and a digital background.
• Excellent organizational, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
