Responsibilities

• Drive asset growth and foster client loyalty within the Denver market
• Oversee financial results, including cost and risk management
• Attract, recruit, develop, and retain high-performing financial talent
• Coach team members through results-oriented and transparent development measures
• Manage and resolve escalated issues regarding financial, reputational, compliance, and operational risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a leading financial institution
• Possession of Series 7, Series 66, and Series 9/10 licenses
• Proven ability to create and maintain strong professional partnerships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a positive business culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Motivated, self-directed, and driven professional
• Ability to balance high-level strategic oversight with a "human touch" in management
