Market Director of Wealth

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional investment solutions and build deep client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit new Advisors and improve the performance of existing team members.
• Implement talent and performance strategies to coach, develop, and promote Advisors.
• Drive integration with partners in Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory, and operational aspects for the designated territory.
• Foster a culture of risk management and control to safeguard customers and the business.
• Promote a customer-obsessed culture and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience with a proven track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) licenses.
• Ability to obtain or retain FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit, source, and attract internal and external Advisor talent.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Strong investment services acumen and keen interest in financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to risk and control environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
