Market Director of Wealth

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional investment solutions and meet customer expectations.
• Identify, recruit, and attract top-tier internal and external Advisor talent to grow the business.
• Drive integration with partners in Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory, and operational aspects for the designated territory.
• Foster a culture of risk management and control to safeguard customers and the business.
• Utilize digital technology and investment thought leadership to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Advisor management with a proven track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) licenses.
• Ability to obtain or retain FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Strong investment product acumen and a keen interest in financial markets.
• Proven ability to recruit and source talent through personal professional networks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
