About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive distribution growth across priority brands and secure new placement opportunities
  • Manage a defined universe of priority on-premise accounts within the assigned market
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators, bartenders, beverage directors, and retail buyers
  • Deliver product education and training to trade and distributor partners
  • Analyze sales performance, distribution data, and account trends to identify opportunities
  • Execute local programming, events, and activation initiatives
  • Support distributor mandates, market launches, and portfolio priorities

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of beverage alcohol, hospitality, field sales, or related commercial experience
  • Strong understanding of the three-tier system and beverage alcohol landscape
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must reside within the assigned market and possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
