About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive distribution growth and secure new placement opportunities within target accounts
- Manage a defined universe of priority on-premise accounts and build trade relationships
- Deliver product education and training to trade and distributor partners
- Analyze sales performance and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Execute local programming, events, and activation initiatives
- Support distributor mandates and market launches
Requirements
- 3-4 years of beverage alcohol, hospitality, field sales, or related commercial experience
- Strong understanding of the three-tier system and beverage alcohol landscape
- Valid driver's license and ability to reside within the assigned market
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Existing relationships within the local trade community
