About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new national and regional accounts
- Proactively prospect through cold outreach, networking, and industry events
- Develop customized service solutions for cleaning, disinfection, and preventative maintenance
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with facility managers and executives
- Negotiate contracts and manage a robust sales pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of three years of professional B2B sales experience
- Ability to travel 50% or more
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling facility services or mechanical services
- Experience selling cooling tower services or water treatment
- CRM experience such as Salesforce
