Market Development Manager DACH

Responsibilities

• Identification and development of locally relevant marketing initiatives
• Coordination of internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Management of day-to-day business, monitoring KPIs and shop performance
• Leadership, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and projects
• Close collaboration with various departments such as marketing, technology, logistics, or customer service
• Market analysis and development
• Support the market team with content analysis, creation of strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
• High motivation and a structured, independent way of working
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Native German and business fluent English
