Market Development Manager DACH

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing initiatives for the DACH region
• Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Oversee daily operations, KPI monitoring, and shop performance
• Lead, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and projects
• Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service departments
• Conduct market analyses and support the Markets Team with content analysis and strategic business cases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
• Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills, business sense, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
