Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Further development of the Swiss market
• Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects
• Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives
• Supporting the marketplace model by generating new, local leads
• Collaborating with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service departments
• Implementing measures to improve customer experience
• Managing internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Monitoring local performance and store KPIs
• Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis and strategic business cases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion
• High level of motivation and structured, independent work style
• Excellent analytical skills and business sense
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
