Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Further develop the Swiss market
• Lead, implement, and monitor strategic measures and projects
• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing measures
• Support the marketplace model by generating new local leads
• Collaborate closely with various departments including Marketing, Tech, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Identify and implement measures to improve customer experience
• Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Monitor local performance and shop KPIs
• Support the market team with content analyses, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or a comparable field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion
• Highly motivated with a structured and independent way of working
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
