About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline creation and accelerate revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip sellers to position Varicent effectively.
  • Execute direct outreach to Workday account and opportunity owners using tailored account-level POVs.
  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert to support Regional Sales Managers and Presales in shaping pursuit strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Alliances, Services, and Product teams to align messaging with Workday priorities.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecasts, including opportunity notes and account status updates in CRM.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, partner/alliances management, or business development.
  • 3+ years of experience working with or alongside ecosystem partners.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through partner-led or co-sell motions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to partner executives.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partner co-sell mechanics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in Financial Services, Technology & Media, Professional Services, Retail, or Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with incentive compensation, territory planning, or sales performance management (SPM) processes.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience.
