Responsibilities

• Identify target companies through online sources and procure company data to profile prospects
• Create profiles on private companies and sectors within target industries
• Manage data quality and load information to internal CRM systems
• Design and execute outreach to CEOs via email, calls, and LinkedIn to secure initial calls
• Coordinate with investment professionals to conduct discovery calls
• Position LLR as a preferred investor to build long-term relationships with target companies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement
• Recent graduate or approximately 1 year of experience in sales, business development, private equity, or investment banking
• Demonstrated resilience and competitiveness (e.g., athletics, sales, or fundraising)
• Proven leadership experience through student involvement or campus activities
• Strong research, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Interest in sectors such as technology, healthcare, software, or financial services
