About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate new contracts and ongoing contract renewals
- Maintain the inventory management platform for contracts and cost structures
- Assist with usage reporting and audits to ensure firm needs are met
- Partner with Legal, HR, Engineering, and Accounting/Finance teams to vet contracts and process invoices
- Manage colleague requests for new data vendors and services
Requirements
- Experience with vendor negotiation and relationship management
- Ability to handle competing, time-sensitive priorities
- Strategic thinking and critical analysis skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of FITS, MDSL, or INFOmatch inventory systems
