Market Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and maintaining market datasets from internal and external sources
• Support the analysis of client data under the guidance of senior analysts
• Learn and utilize industry-leading proprietary software platforms to process and visualize market data
• Assist in leveraging AI and machine learning tools to automate data processing and surface actionable insights
• Help build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Monitor data quality and flag discrepancies across various datasets
• Collaborate with colleagues across functional teams to support data projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Exposure to data analysis through internships, academic projects, or placements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A genuine interest in financial markets and how data drives decision-making
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Eagerness to develop technical skills in SQL and Python
• Curiosity regarding the application of AI in financial services
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
