About the Company

Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the RHD (Out-of-Home Catering) sector. We supply catering professionals (restaurateurs and local authorities) with a full range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, frozen goods, and hygiene supplies through personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the administrative processing of tender responses, from specification analysis to dossier submission
• Validate company capacity to meet requirements with warehouse, transport, and quality departments
• Define priority markets and distribute tasks among service collaborators
• Monitor ongoing markets including revision dates, turnover, volumes, margins, and statistics
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams regarding new market acquisitions
• Collaborate with field sales teams to adjust ongoing markets and conduct feedback sessions
• Manage administrative files for national clients in coordination with headquarters
• Manage regional pricing conditions, including monitoring, revision, and registration
• Propose improvements and optimize service activities through new processes
• Support new employees and participate in team animation

Requirements

• Business degree or Business School background (Bac +3/4)
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience, ideally in the agri-food sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Strong customer sensitivity and communication skills
• Autonomous, rigorous, and capable of decision-making
• Knowledge of AS/400 is a plus
