• Originate new markets from vague hunches to fully specified, defensible contracts
• Write CFTC filings to secure contract approvals
• Define resolution criteria and source settlement providers for new markets
• Pressure-test ideas to identify manipulation vectors and settlement edge cases
• Reason from first principles to build frameworks for unfamiliar industries

Requirements

• Strong extemporaneous reasoning and ability to defend arguments
• Genuine awareness of global cause-and-effect relationships
• Bias toward action and ownership
• Broad knowledge base across politics, culture, economics, and sports
• Ability to reason from the ground up and resist conforming to incorrect framings
