Market Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the annual local marketing plan and strategy
• Coordinate and evaluate local marketing activities in stores to drive engagement
• Support execution of store PR events, media launches, and media engagement activities
• Ensure up-to-date information on the Internet Retail Website and local store pages
• Outline internal communication strategy, activities, and content calendars
• Act as a brand ambassador for sustainability and community actions
• Develop internal communication content for huddles, workshops, and all-staff memos
• Manage internal communication channels including digital signage and Microsoft platforms
• Support Crisis Management and Local Marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic communication, media, or marketing management
• Experience in a customer-focused service or retail industry
• Proven experience in creating strategic plans and managing budgets
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to operate across three Singapore store locations (Tampines, Alexandra, and Jurong)
