Market Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Manage transactions quickly and accurately while standing for long periods
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and organized store environment
• Support various store functions including food and beverage preparation
• Handle opening and closing duties with a high level of autonomy and initiative
• Multitask effectively during high-pressure periods such as evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work on Fridays
• TABC certification
• Food Handler's certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, market, restaurant, bar, or hospitality settings
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Excellent verbal communication skills
