Market and Sales Specialist Field Service

Responsibilities

• Increase sales performance and revenue by identifying untapped assortment and inventory potential
• Ensure strong brand presence and an excellent customer experience at the Point of Sale
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with wholesale partners, store teams, and key stakeholders
• Plan and execute a geographically optimized travel schedule focusing on high-performance stores and key locations
• Analyze market, competitor, and sales data to derive actionable commercial measures
• Conduct assortment and stock analyses to ensure optimal product availability
• Plan and deliver training sessions for store teams regarding seasonal updates and product launches
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a consistent brand appearance
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification according to EU standards
• Multi-year experience in a customer-oriented role
• At least 3 years of professional experience in fashion retail, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High willingness to travel for regular market visits across Southern Germany and Austria
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on commercial KPIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
