Market and Product Expansion Director – Treasury Services & Payments – Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Services product strategy by leveraging deep knowledge of the KSA payment landscape and client needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on market requirements and act as the primary point of contact for regulators.
• Design product operational activities, including sales training, pricing, and RFP materials tailored to local requirements.
• Develop compelling business cases through detailed market and revenue analysis to drive expansion.
• Formulate and execute strategies in partnership with Global and Regional Product and Sales Executives.
• Oversee daily operations while maintaining robust risk management discipline, including KYC and financial crime controls.
• Drive commercialization and communication plans for new solutions to expand market footprint and revenue.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the payments industry, including building and delivering growth strategies for financial institutions.
• Proven expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management across multiple disciplines.
• Strong business understanding of Saudi Arabia and the broader CEEMEA region.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management, controls, and local governance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization, including Technology, Legal, and Compliance.

• Direct experience working with local regulatory authorities.
• Proven track record of attracting top talent and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
