Market and Product Expansion Director

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Services product strategy by leveraging deep knowledge of the KSA payment landscape and client needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on market requirements and the primary point of contact for regulators in Saudi Arabia.
• Design product operational activities, including sales training, pricing, and RFP materials, to resonate with local target segments.
• Develop compelling business cases through detailed market and revenue analysis to drive expansion.
• Formulate and execute strategies in partnership with Global and Regional Product and Sales Executives.
• Oversee daily operations while maintaining robust sales and risk management discipline, including KYC and financial crime controls.
• Drive commercialization and communication plans for new solutions to expand market footprint and revenue.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the payments industry, including building and delivering growth strategies for financial institutions.
• Proven expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management.
• Strong business understanding of Saudi Arabia and the broader CEEMEA region.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management, controls, and local governance requirements.
• Experience in P&L management and a deep understanding of payments business challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating diverse teams.
• Ability to influence across functions and operate effectively within a complex matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with local regulatory authorities.
• Experience championing regional talent agendas and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
