Market Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports for brokers and clients
• Gather information and maintain databases for local research publication and internal use
• Support the Tenant Representation team in preparing real estate market preparations
• Liaise with real estate partners, government agencies, and third-party analysts for data sharing
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc research reports for client pitches and presentations
• Manage Tenant Representation microsites and Google AdWords campaigns

Requirements

• College degree in any Business course
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Outstanding writing, reporting, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
