Responsibilities

  • Oversee local growth and activation strategy for the Manchester location
  • Act as the local face of the brand, building relationships with members, influencers, and partners
  • Drive B2C and B2B objectives through community management, marketing, and events
  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of bookings by leading local growth initiatives
  • Launch and manage a calendar of B2C events and activations
  • Support the B2B UK Lead with events and partnerships to drive awareness
  • Establish reporting and insights into local performance metrics like bookings and retention
  • Create the playbook for city activation for future global rollouts

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events, or partnerships
  • Strong existing network within the Manchester community
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Commercially minded with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for startups and community-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
