Responsibilities

  • Oversee local growth and activation strategy for the London location
  • Build and maintain a network of local influencers, partners, and community stakeholders
  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of bookings through local growth initiatives
  • Launch and run a calendar of B2C events, activations, and partnerships
  • Support the B2B UK Lead in driving B2B awareness and deal pipeline
  • Develop internal ways of working with clinical, operations, and marketing teams
  • Establish reporting and insight into local performance metrics
  • Create the playbook for city activation for global rollout

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events, or partnerships
  • Strong existing network within the London community
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Commercially minded with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for startups and community-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
