Market Actions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end market actions, including recalls and product corrections, across Australia and New Zealand
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting and full compliance with all legislative requirements
• Act as a key liaison between regulatory authorities, vendors, and internal expert teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration
• Provide regulatory guidance and training to support high-quality post-market outcomes
• Safeguard patient safety by managing high-impact post-market activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in medical device post-market activities
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for recalls, product corrections, and reporting
• Proven experience engaging with regulatory authorities and external partners
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and quality system requirements
• High attention to detail and sound professional judgment
• Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
