Market Access Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support ECA Distribution activities and targeted operational tasks to improve efficiency and process management.
• Manage and coordinate the Distribution Dealer Signalization initiative at a regional level under the supervision of Distribution Development Managers.
• Implement dealer-dedicated signalization projects in collaboration with Territory Sales, Procurement, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Provide support in segmenting regional Wholesaler sell-out and Sub-Dealer databases to identify dealer profiles such as Tire Specialists, E-retailers, VASP, and Car Dealers.
• Learn intensively about Michelin products, business scenarios, and operational processes through hands-on practice.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate status.
• Great command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with specific expertise in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong, clear, and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in BTL, media, or a printing agency is considered an advantage.
