Market Access Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and execute operational services for testing, certification, and product homologation processes
• Follow up with strategic clients and prospects regarding testing, inspection, and certification needs
• Manage certification projects considering applicable regulations and criteria
• Provide advisory services to clients regarding certification processes and Mexican Market Access
• Review and generate files considering certification requirements for different OEC to comply with regulations
• Propose technical and process solutions for non-compliance cases
• Address deviations generated from conformity assessment processes
• Generate operational and performance reports for assigned services and clients
• Review and correct data entry for certification or recertification requests

Requirements

• Completed Engineering or Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience managing NOM/CRT/CONUEE certification projects within the Mexican conformity assessment system
• Intermediate English level (Conversational, Written, and Technical)
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to conformity assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diplomas or courses focused on conformity assessment, metrology, foreign trade, commercial management, or regulatory affairs
