Market Access Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate pharmaceutical information regarding marketing authorization and reimbursement status in Taiwan and international markets.
• Track application progress, approval conditions, and market price changes for relevant therapeutic areas.
• Monitor and compile market access policies, regulatory frameworks, and medical budget updates from domestic and international authorities.
• Synthesize clinical trial results, scientific publications, and regulatory review outcomes related to designated products.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize data visualization, search logic, and integrated information platforms such as dashboards or Excel.
• Prepare user guides and operation manuals to support internal stakeholders in utilizing market access information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Policy, or a related medical field.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform analytical scenario assessments and evaluate pros and cons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in market access within the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• Experience with the full cycle of the pharmaceutical reimbursement process.
• Background in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve information search and workflow efficiency.
