Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for oncology products
• Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, and healthcare providers
• Monitor healthcare policy, oncology reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics
• Support evidence generation initiatives including real-world data and HEOR studies
• Track and report on market access performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in market access or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian healthcare systems and reimbursement processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally
• Oncology experience is highly desirable
• Experience engaging with HTA bodies and developing value dossiers
