Market Access Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement patient access strategies and tactics to ensure optimal access to new medicines within the NHS and wider healthcare systems
• Engage with target customers and deliver agreed activities to navigate changing stakeholder environments
• Work cross-functionally to influence pre-launch strategies and align Patient Access activities with medical and marketing functions
• Utilize IQVIA data assets, analytics, and market access solutions to develop bespoke customer materials
• Focus on advanced budgetary notifications, healthcare system preparation, and product pull-through

Requirements

• Advanced experience in Patient Access launch strategies and solutions
• Extensive knowledge of the NHS and the wider healthcare system
• Proven experience networking within a matrix management organization
• Strong strategic commercial insight and the ability to identify opportunities in local health economies
• Degree level qualification
• Expertise in project planning, management, and delivering results against quality metrics
• Capability to lead diverse groups of customer stakeholders to action
