Market Access Lead - Primary Care

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for primary care products including Cardiometabolic, Anti-infective, Pulmonology, and Bone & Pain portfolios
• Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Governmental Affairs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups
• Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics
• Support evidence generation initiatives such as real-world data and HEOR studies
• Manage and develop a team of market access professionals through coaching and performance feedback
• Track and report on market access performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry
• Deep exposure to primary care therapeutic areas
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer dynamics in Egypt
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
