Market Access Lead - Oncology/Immunology

Responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced market access strategies for Oncology & Immunology products
• Lead the development of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Governmental Affairs teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups
• Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics
• Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world data and HEOR studies
• Manage and develop a team of market access professionals
• Track and report on market access performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong oncology background
• Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement processes in Egypt
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
