Market Access Lead – CVRM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end market access strategies for cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic (CVRM) brands in alignment with country goals.
• Develop pricing and contracting strategies to ensure competitive and sustainable positioning during launch and in-market phases.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key payers and decision-makers to drive successful listings and reimbursement decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and Finance teams to design access solutions that improve affordability and adoption.
• Define payer-specific evidence strategies and communicate clinical and economic value propositions.
• Generate actionable market insights regarding customer trends, competitive dynamics, and policy developments to influence pipeline decisions.

Requirements

• Proven Market Access experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and business analytics capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA), value-based care, and evidence-based decision-making processes.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or Public Health.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian payer landscape and formulary decision pathways.
• Experience delivering innovative access schemes, such as risk-sharing or outcomes-based agreements.
• Specific therapy area experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic medicine.
