Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the receipt, shipment, and storage of goods at the maritime terminal
• Ensure cargo is stored on the terminal and in warehouses according to the loading plan
• Coordinate the use of machinery and equipment for cargo movement
• Supervise operational workforce including laborers, machinery operators, and stevedores
• Enforce health, safety, security, and environmental standards
• Maintain terminal and warehouse cleanliness and order
• Supervise physical cargo inventories and ensure documentation is completed
• Complete computer reports in various systems

• Ability to work outdoors in a non-routine environment

• Interest in working with heavy equipment and machinery
• Commitment to quality of work and customer service
• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required
