Responsibilities
- Coordinate the arrival, stay, and departure of vessels in ports
- Communicate necessary information regarding arrivals and departures to crews and stakeholders (laws, regulations, schedules, procedures, documentation)
- Prepare and update required documents such as port reports, cost estimates, and regulatory forms
- Provide operational support to vessels for punctual needs (provisioning, crew transport, supplies, urgent repairs)
- Assist vessels in various ports along the St. Lawrence River
- Enter port call data into computer systems and follow up on billing for services rendered
Requirements
- College degree in logistics, administration, or a related field
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evening, night, or weekend shifts as part of an on-call rotation
