Marine Terminal Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate lifting equipment and heavy machinery resources
• Manage a team of longshoremen ranging from small crews to approximately 20 employees
• Coordinate work execution to meet agreed timelines
• Oversee safe work practices and enforce environmental and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in work methods
• Ensure client satisfaction by keeping stakeholders well-informed

Requirements

• Proven leadership and practical sense
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in a routine-free environment
• Interest in working with industrial equipment and heavy machinery
• Client-centered approach

• Total compensation between $80,000 and $110,000 including shift premiums
