Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate lifting equipment and heavy machinery resources
• Dispatch tasks and manage a team of twenty longshoremen
• Coordinate work execution to meet agreed timelines
• Oversee safe work practices and enforce environmental and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in work methods
• Ensure client satisfaction by keeping stakeholders informed

• Availability for rotating schedules including weekends and night shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in a routine-free environment
