Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals while supervising catering crew and menu planning
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene across galley, fridges, freezers, storage areas, and mess rooms
• Communicating effectively with all crew and demonstrating commitment to safety regulations

Requirements

• Current Marine Cook certificate of proficiency
• Previous offshore vessel experience
• Nationally recognised food hygiene certificate
• Strong focus on Health, Hygiene, Safety and Environmental practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Australian work rights
• Ability to travel at short notice
