Margin & Lending Core Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Wealth Management Retail Margin client base by ensuring trade activities and disbursements are managed accurately to prevent exposure
• Assist UBS Bank USA in providing clients with Non-Purpose and Purpose loans
• Collaborate with business and credit risk teams to mitigate potential financial and regulatory risks
• Meet operational, reporting, and standards needs to facilitate risk mitigation and regulatory compliance
• Multitask between email communications and the ServiceWorks exception tool to review and respond to margin exceptions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations
• Ability to learn and apply rules and regulations including FRB Rule 220, REGT, and FINRA Rule 4210
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of concern for quality and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
