Marathi Quality Control Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Review completed work on-site and cite all issues pertaining to quality
• Create and report daily quality logs to the On-site Team Auditor or OPS Auditing manager
• Maintain a clear understanding of client guidelines and quality expectations
• Report any violations of security clean room policies
• Suggest opportunities for process improvements to management

Requirements

• Fluent in Marathi (language assessment required)
• US work authorization (no sponsorship provided)
• Ability to commute to our office in Glendale, CA (this is an on-site role)
• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficient in PC and Google Suite
• Precise attention to detail and ability to identify patterns of concern
• Professionalism in navigating workplace situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the language service industry (translation, interpretation, transcription, or linguistics)
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
