About the Company

Aspresso is the exciting new brand of the Aspria Group, with over 30 years of experience in developing and managing premium fitness and wellness clubs in Europe. Our clubs offer modern fitness areas, green spaces, padel courts, outdoor pools, and dining facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Manager and/or Facility Supervisor with daily small maintenance tasks using the reporting system
• Execute technical control checklists during club opening and closing
• Assist cleaning companies with porterage tasks if necessary
• Supervise third-party maintenance companies during their interventions
• Operate pool systems for standard maneuvers such as filter backwashing, filling and emptying pools, and checking chemical levels
• Monitor specific club systems and report feedback to management
• Perform monthly utility meter readings

Requirements

• Ability to perform small daily maintenance interventions
• Basic knowledge of English is appreciated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows productivity suites (Outlook, Word, Excel)
