About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities to improve production efficiency
- Manage human and material resources to meet daily production requirements
- Drive a Safety Always Culture and 5S workplace standards
- Perform root cause analysis and apply continuous improvement methodologies
- Prepare and communicate production reports regarding safety, quality, and cost
- Prioritize equipment for preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance appraisals
- Manage departmental budgets and drive cost control initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in personnel management, project management, or engineering
- Experience in manufacturing intensive environments
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and mechanical maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or technical degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
- Advanced degree (MBA or technical specialty)
