Manufacturing Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of technical trainers across different facilities
• Design and oversee a comprehensive technical training strategy and standardized curriculum
• Lead onboarding programs and upskilling initiatives for electrical wiring and equipment operation
• Supervise the development of training materials including video tutorials and manuals
• Implement competency assessment systems and company-wide certification programs
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with business objectives and analyze performance metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience in manufacturing and dedicated training roles
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role supervising a team
• Experience with fabrication, electrical assembly, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or education field
• Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CTT+)
• Experience managing multi-site training programs or using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
