Manufacturing Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate automated test programs and fixtures for manufacturing environments
• Design and implement scalable test architectures for system and PCBA-level testing
• Partner with manufacturing and Failure Review Board teams to analyze test failures and drive root cause analysis
• Provide hands-on support to manufacturing test technicians for troubleshooting and repair
• Lead end-to-end test system development including concept, architecture, design, and deployment
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts by developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions
• Provide technical oversight for contract manufacturers and internal manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in PCBA and/or system-level manufacturing environments
• Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing test systems and troubleshooting
• Experience with automated test development and test equipment integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hardware/software integration testing
• Familiarity with test frameworks, scripting, and automation tools
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and global production environments
• Knowledge of quality and reliability methodologies such as root cause analysis and DFx
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and product ramp
