About the role

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise and support non-exempt microelectronic test technicians
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring to ensure staffing and productivity goals are met
  • Communicate critical factory and program status updates to management using visual factory and MES tools
  • Solve routine operational problems to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards
  • Prepare daily reports regarding equipment status, personnel, and operational challenges
  • Support daily shift hand-offs and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required; must be willing and able to obtain a Secret Government security clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong expertise in MIL-STD-883 and IPC-A-610 standards
  • Hands-on experience with RF module test and tuning, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with familiarity with MES tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Progress toward an AS or BS in Engineering or Business
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Shingo initiatives
  • Current Secret Government security clearance holder
