Manufacturing Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and drive manufacturing test strategy for boards, trays, and system-level hardware assemblies across EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp
• Develop and manage test coverage for ICT, FCT, tray-level functional test, and system-level manufacturing test
• Partner with electrical, system, and diagnostic teams to define test requirements and review manufacturing test scripts
• Collaborate with system integrators, JDMs, and contract manufacturers to implement and qualify test stations, fixtures, and automation
• Analyze manufacturing test results, yield trends, and failure paretos to drive corrective actions
• Lead debug of manufacturing test failures across design, process, fixture, and software domains
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes, including cycle-time reduction and station reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or NPI test development
• Experience with ICT, board-level functional test, or system-level manufacturing test for servers or AI accelerators
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, JDMs, or system integrators
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing yield and failure trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server, AI accelerators, networking, or data center hardware
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, or similar scripting for test automation
• Experience supporting high-volume production ramps in global manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of DFT principles and failure analysis processes
